"Practically for two months, I organized meals without a schedule.
The real horror dawned on me when I eventually saw it. According to the schedule, meals were supposed to be provided daily. Understandably, this drastically deteriorated and fundamentally changed the contract terms. For us, it wasn’t just unprofitable, it was insurmountable," said the entrepreneur.
